The Ozark Housing Community (OHC) will accept bid proposals for cleaning of office facilities. Sealed bid proposals shall be delivered to the OHC Administration Office, 241 Ed Lisenby Drive, Ozark, AL, no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, April 30, 2026. Any bids received after that time and date will not be accepted. Mark Your bid envelope: Cleaning 04/30/2026. All bids received by the specified date and time will be opened and read aloud at the above time and place. The OHC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities and/or informalities in the bid process. Bid packages may be picked up at the OHC Administration Office during normal business hours.
