The following waivers are currently being implemented with no changes for the upcoming year:

Waiver: 1.e. Minimum Rent (PH only)

No changes to the minimum rent for Public Housing. OHC will continue to implement this activity.

Waiver: 1.m., 1n. Utility Reimbursements (PH and HCV)

OHC eliminated the utility reimbursement payment in the public housing and HCV programs in 2025. No changes will be made. OHC will continue to implement this activity. 

Waiver: 12.a., 12.b. Work Requirement (PH and HCV)

    No changes. OHC will continue to implement this activity.                                    

Proposed waivers for 2026:

3.a., 3.b. Alternative Reexamination Schedule for Households (PH and HCV) Triannual recertifications (every three years) for the elderly and the disabled.

10. Family Self-Sufficiency Program with MTW Flexibility
