Right Track News - November 2022

On the Right Track to Learning Success... Right Track News! November 2022. Mrs. Kiley and Mrs. Mechell's Pre-K Class.

Weather News:

As you know, the weather has begun to change. The mornings are cold. As the day progresses, the temperature rises. Please dress your child appropriately. We have found that dressing your child in layers is best. (T-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, etc.) This allows your child to take warmer clothing off as the temperature rises.

Breakfast:

You may send breakfast with your child in the morning if he/she arrives between 7:30-8:00 A.M.

Backpacks:

Please allow your child to clean his/her backpack at home each night. Please remove papers, toys, snacks, etc. Backpacks should be sanitized.

Attendance:

Please remove - regular attendance and punctuality are viable components of our Pre-Kindergarten program. Students arriving after 8:00 or are consistently absent miss out on an especially important part of our school day - building a classroom community. We understand that flu/cold season is upon us but it is important for students to be here if they are not sick. Also, if your child is tardy or absent, a written note or doctor's excuse must be sent to school. Absences of three or more days require a doctor's excuse.

November Birthdays:

None
